Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated location on a solid, level floor near electrical and venting connections.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
- Ventilation Setup: Install 4-inch diameter metal venting to outdoors. Avoid plastic or foil vents.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 220-240V outlet for electric models. Follow local electrical codes.
- Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
