Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Gas line connector (for gas models)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated location on a solid, level floor near electrical and venting connections.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Ventilation Setup: Install 4-inch diameter metal venting to outdoors. Avoid plastic or foil vents.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 220-240V outlet for electric models. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: Gas line connections must be performed by qualified technician. Proper ventilation is critical for safe operation.
