Built-In Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Cabinet Opening: Ensure the cabinet opening is clean, level, and meets the required dimensions (24 inches wide, 24 inches deep, 34.5 inches high).
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, tape, and protective materials from the dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect the hot water supply line to the water inlet valve. Use only new braided stainless steel supply lines.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose to the drain connection with a high loop to prevent backflow into the dishwasher.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Level the Dishwasher: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dishwasher is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Use the mounting brackets to secure the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop.
  8. Test Run: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
