Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread seal tape

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and is level. Remove any old dishwasher and clean area.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  3. Water Supply Connection: Connect hot water supply line using new braided stainless steel hose. Apply pipe thread seal tape to fittings.
  4. Drain Connection: Connect drain hose to garbage disposal or sink drain with high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Position Dishwasher: Carefully slide dishwasher into cabinet opening, being careful not to kink water lines or drain hose.
  6. Level and Secure: Adjust leveling legs and secure dishwasher to countertop or adjacent cabinets using mounting brackets.
  7. Final Connections: Connect electrical power, turn on water supply, and check for leaks.
  8. Test Run: Run dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and leaks.
