Built-In Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions and has proper electrical and plumbing connections.
  2. Remove Packaging: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective coverings from the dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose through cabinet opening and connect to drain system with high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-amp circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Secure Dishwasher: Slide dishwasher into cabinet opening and secure to countertop and adjacent cabinets using mounting brackets.
  7. Level and Test: Adjust leveling legs to ensure dishwasher is level. Run test cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting
