Built-In Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening is clean, level, and meets required dimensions (24" width minimum).
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping braces from the dishwasher interior and exterior.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose through cabinet opening and connect to drain system with high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15A circuit. Follow local electrical codes for proper grounding.
  6. Position and Level: Slide dishwasher into opening and adjust leveling legs to ensure proper alignment with countertop.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Attach mounting brackets to underside of countertop using provided screws.
  8. Test Operation: Run the dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.
