Sensor Technology Explained

Load Detection

Measures weight and distribution for optimal water and energy usage

Fabric Recognition

Identifies fabric type and adjusts wash motion accordingly

Soil Sensor

Detects soil level in water to determine required wash intensity

Temperature Control

Maintains precise water temperature throughout the cycle

Foam Detection

Monitors foam levels to prevent oversudsing and ensure rinse efficiency

Imbalance Control

Continuously monitors load balance and adjusts spin speed automatically

Service Troubleshooting

Fault Code Description Service Procedure
F01 Motor control fault Check motor connections, test motor windings, replace control board if needed
F02 Drain system error Inspect drain pump, check for obstructions, test pump operation
F03 Water inlet fault Test water pressure, check inlet valves, verify sensor operation
F04 Temperature sensor error Test NTC sensor resistance, check wiring connections
F05 Door lock mechanism fault Test door lock mechanism, check microswitch operation
F06 6th Sense sensor failure Run diagnostic mode, calibrate sensors, replace sensor array if needed

Common Service Issues
