Front Load Dryer

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • 4-inch diameter rigid metal or flexible metal duct

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, near electrical outlet, and on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Install Exhaust Duct: Connect 4-inch diameter rigid metal or flexible metal duct to dryer exhaust outlet.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Route exhaust duct to outdoors, keeping duct as straight and short as possible.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer. Gas models require professional gas line connection.

Troubleshooting
